Where do I go to report harassment?
I won a game against this survivor and all he has been doing is harassing me in Steam, Dead by daylight and Twitch and calling me slurs in all these platforms

Report them, but you can block them on all 3 platforms no? Obliviously not from matchmaking, but contact, and chances are (I hope) you'll not be matched up with them again.

you have to report them on the platform where the harassment actually takes place.
so in DbD if they harass you in end game chat for example you can report them directly kn the end game screen and don’t need to create another additional player report ticket to support.
harassment on Steam, Twitch or other platforms, BHVR can’t do anything

True BHVR can't do anything directly on those platforms, but they can still block on Steam and Twitch if they're posting/commenting. Kinda sad when you have to ban people on multiple platforms which means they're taking the time to go out of their way but at least you could always think of it as "wow, I affected them to this degree that they got so mad about BS they're wasting all this time? sad. oh well (ban, ban, ban)" and hopefully just shrug it off after banning.

Had the same thing apart from I was a survivor in game with them, 1 got tunneled out the second (the one who has been messaging me) stayed on the basement and got hooked. He's sent me some truly disgusting messages apparently because im a woman I am so horrible that I would falsely accuse a man of Grape and so on and I'm that type of woman, apparently I'm a killer main too, selfish survivor for doing 2 gens, taking a hook, healing my team mates, getting people off hook and finally by biggest crime..... finding hatch and taking it. According to him I should have thrown myself at the killer out of pride and honor for my team mates.....

Sure, you can report them through BHVR, and they might get in trouble with DbD, but if they have gone so far as trying to harass you through other sites you have other options. You can get them banned from all of those platforms by reporting the messages that they sent you, in some cases causing them to lose access to their games. Don't just block them, REPORT them along with the blocking. That is the only way they will learn that in the adult world it is unacceptable to verbally harass other people.
