Archive challenges need rework
Some of challenges you have to complete "in single trial" are annoying rather than "challenging".
Dark Senses
(T1) - Finish repairing 4 gens while using Dark Sense
Six Feet Under
(T1) - Sacrifice 4 survivors in the basement
What about other challenges you can slowly progress?
I think some of them are very grinding.
Hatch An Escape
(T2) - Unlock the Hatch with a key 2 times
Property Damage
(T3) - Damage gen or break pallet 50 times
Craft Time's Over
(T3) - Cleanse 20 totems
The Last Place You Look
(T3) - Unlock 8 chests
A True Friend
(T4) - Unhook safely or take a protection hit 15 times (I know there's are 25 ones too)
Obsessive
(T4) - Kill the obsession 10 times by any means
Appeal To Heal
(T6) - Fully deplete 6 medkits
Glyph Seeker
(T7) - Commune with 5 red glyphs
Sore Ankles
(T8) - Fall from a height while being chased 6 times
Heroic Virtue
(T10) - Survive while 6 survivors escape the trial
Unleash the Rage
(T11) - Break 50 walls, pallets or generators
I think Craft Time's Over (Cleanse totems) and The Last Place You Look (Unlock chests) should change into:
Just let Bless counts in the former and Rummage counts in the latter.
I have no idea how others should change. Probably numbers should decrease.
BHVR, please if you want to recycle old challenges, at least make them less stressful and repetitive.

A nice QoL BHVR should implement is doubling BP rewards once a tome is over as you're not earning shards anymore, might make these harder challenges a little more worth it.

The only challenge that bothers me as survivor is cleanse 20 totems, reducing it to 15 or 10 would be nice, I'm not even gonna try to talk about killer challenges, for me killer challenges are death!

Yeah, most of them are really annoying.
I would add to the list: all challenges that require iri-emblems (especially the chaser/evader one).
