Exponential + soul guard
This perk combo is busted on double maps. Not only is it annoying but also not winnable, unless on specific killers.

First time ever I heared someone calling Exponential op since it went live.
I used it for a time and it's so hard to get value from it, because you have to go down in its influence sphere without the killer snuffing it out. And then you have to get slugged.
In most normal games you won't get too much opportunities for all that. The combo

Your statement is stupidly. I was trying to hook the whole time kind of hard to do so when 2 are running soul guard and boon ex with breakdown boil over with sabo toolboxes on rpd

Sounds like you had more problem with the boil over and sabo than the revives from Exponential and Soul Guard then.

Or dont play twins.
There was one day that i played against someone using these perks while playing twins, i wanted to cry because i couldnt pickup anybody that i downed with victor and every time i step in the boon they would boon it again. Hopefully the next midchapter will bring the twins "rework"

I wouldn't mind seeing RPD get tweaked a bit, I don't think it needs to be disabled. (If they were to actually get rid of anything I'd rather see them toss out map offerings altogether, from above it sounds like there may possibly have been a squad forcing the match to that map with those loadouts. Without map offerings that's less of an issue.)

Dark theory is the worst but atleast it's very minor effect is more consistent. exponential requires you to get downed, slugged and the boon untouched

On double floor maps, especially RPD, boons can be pretty rough. The issue with all non-CoH boons is that they have to be close to the killer to work, and that puts them at high risk of being snuffed before they can get any value (or they only get value once and get snuffed, which usually isn't a worthwhile time investment), but two-story maps bypass this by covering larger-than-usual swathes of the map that can be far from the boon in terms of real distance.
Exponential is only tricky, or honestly even noticeable most of the time, when you go up against a full squad with a build centered around getting value out of it... but if you verse a full antihook squad with a map offering and they're bringing a stacked boon, it's going to hurt. (Shadow Step is way easier to get value out of in that situation and doesn't require a SWF to back it up, and it's the one I'm more afraid of, but I've been in both boats and a sabo squad with infinite Unbreakable is miserable gameplay.)
Also, as bad as Exponential is, I'm pretty sure Dark Theory is worse just on principle.
