Jeff's Amazon prime gaming code isn't working!

So I got the Jeff's code from Amazon prime gaming and each time I put in the code correctly it kept saying code is not valid.

Before anyone ask yes I use the - and non - and kept getting code is not valid message.

I would really like some help on this

    Try to go back to the start page of Amazon Prime and click again of Redeem code or whatever stands there. People had problems in the past where they got the same code from the previous month because it didn’t load the new one but refreshing like that helped.

    also make sure to copy the whole code, I think the last few letters/digits of the code may seem cut-off and you have to scroll in the field to get the whole code.
