Is there a way to farm shards with out afking?

I want to grind shards but don't want to afk anything I can do?

    According to the wiki:

    You get 1xp per a minute up to 10 minutes (10 xp)

    You get for silver (6 xp), gold (12xp), and iri (18xp) emblems.

    You get a bonus 300 xp for playing a game as a survivor and another bonus 300 xp for playing a game as a killer each day.

    There's not really a way to grind iri shards outside of playing a game as survivor and a game as killer. As you really only gain sizeable amount of xp for playing a 10 minute game where you score multiple silver+ emblems.
