Well, patch always dropped 3 weeks later after PTB. So it should be today. Plus rumors are also pointing to today.

I will actually miss playing against Dead Hard players.
Because it just means that we will see more SB players which I despise more.

I will be really upset if update is next week. I P1'ed my all non-prestiged characters and i lost a lot BP offerings and add-ons. I'd use them if update is next week.

I'd be sad too, more so because I have just enough points saved up to prestige everyone who's ready to prestige and I hate looking at unused bloodpoints that can be spent.

My survivor main friends are currently saying goodbye to dbd solely because of DH.
I will miss them.

It was but sad point, it took years to nerf Dead Hard. BHVR is so fast like usual, classic.
I am usually using bps on my main killers for more add-ons. So i never had wasted BP problem. But i think at least 200 event cakes gone, i'd use them :( Rip me
If they are nothing without Dead Hard, then they should not have it.

I love them, I kid you not though that one of them thought a gen took 60 seconds default. They also didn't know that the new DH has an endurance effect. I tried telling them that it makes it better in a few ways but its much riskier. They didnt care anyway.
Again, I love them. i dont mean to talk ill, it's just that some survivor mains out there really believe stuff like this. Not every player will be hardcore like the forums but still damn dude

Yeah, Sprint Burst is more annoying to go against for me as well. I just hate it to see Survivors sitting on a Gen until the last second and still get away without any problem. Or seeing them walking, looking at me, knowing that there will be no chase which will start.
But I also read on Twitter that some players are already going against Sprint Burst (which will happen after the Patch on a bigger scale).

Meh, nothing will change. It just means that people will find different perks/perk combos to moan about. Whilst old DH will soon be history, get ready for the Sprint Burst & Vigil haters as well as all the discussions titled “OTR = OP”.
both sides just like to find something to grieve over, when in reality, 90% of the time they just got outplayed. I saw this today, a killer said in the chat “meta perks carried you”; my build was - Lithe, DS, We’ll Make It, and Inner Healing, not exactly “meta”, and DS only triggered because he camped hook and downed me straight off being unhooked.

Finally, no more dead harding into pallet or window. E perk is dead and first time in months i can say:

Tho I just wish the new DH would keep it's 1sec of endurence, it made this perk still good against Nurses and Blights.

Also more Balanced Landing and Lithe players. The average survivor can't 99 Sprintburst, but they can certainly DH for distance.

Nah I don’t mind Lithers or BL users. Sprint Burst is stronger because you don’t need to do anything other than have it ready.

Yeah same, but since SB isn't as easy to use we'll probably see more varied exhaustion perks across the board. I'm looking forward to that. Maybe some Overcome, too.
