I mean... that's nothing new under the sun, though. It's not like running into a facecamper is a change from how DBD was yesterday.
As long as it's not a Bubba, your teammates can do something about it. And if it is a Bubba, well, still waiting on BHVR to address that.

For me the problem is not running into a facecamper, Ive been running into them since the second day I started playing, the problem is they smashed the meta and "look at why they are meta and tweaking the base gameplay", while they did something for gen timers they didnt do a single thing for camping, they even made it stronger.

The best thing you can do is play Killer and face-camp at gen 5 until BHVR fixes the problem.
I value the game, so I plan to get on and solid face-camp as Killer and just post it on these forums in the hope that the developers see that face-camping at gen 5 is a horrible mechanic that needs fixed. I hate face-camping at gen 5 and I feel the only way the developers are going to see how big a problem it is, is to just go ahead and do it and show how it's affecting the game.
I want DBD to succeed and if there's a mechanic that running players off of the game, then I feel obligated to show proof.

If the killer want you then they will do whatever they can to get you. Camping is here to stay and they did do something but survivors abuse the penalty apparently.

And where did I say in my post camping should never exist? Doing something about camping also means not adding 10 extra seconds per gen so camping is even more profitable, they could add 20 seconds per hook stage to compensate but they didnt, camping would work the same and Survivors only real counter would still be viable.
