Minute Legion "Exposed" changes.

As we all know, Exposed doesn't work on Legion due to his Frenzy not triggering it. A small potential fix for this would be he has to hit the survivor twice to down them if they are exposed. This way its not overpowering or cheap, as he still gets the stun, but does work alongside other direct damage powers, like the Huntress. (Not counting Billy/Daddy cause they are instadowns anyways.)

He would still get the double stun, but he could get the easy double hit, which would still make it more fair, and atleast open some build diversity for him. (Devour hope would be AMAZING on him with this imo.)

Open to thoughts and suggestions :D

    Maybe while being exposed the bleed out timer is still running while the chase.

    I like that! Just would like some sort of interaction with it that makes it fair.
