bloodpoint inscentives

are the bloodpoint incentives working, because i just queued a survivor game with a bonus 100% bp incetive and the killer brought a frightful flan which is plus 106%bp but at the end of the game i scored 25,000 points but only received 50,000 bp idk which one of those 2 didn't apply but i missed out on one of them

    Here is what I noticed - the bonus bloodpoints are supposed to be when there is low ammout of players in your region, etc. at that current time. It says Survivors for me (for +100% bonus) but usualy (here for me it's night time) at night killer ques are almost instant and survivor takes few minutes.... so yea...it takes few minutes to find a match for me when it should be the opposite, right? It should give me +100% for killers because there is low ammout of them than Survivors atm.
