Why are my Demogorgon perks T1

I don't give a damn if they were made generic perks, I got P3 when they were still Demos perks and they still say "Demogorgon Perk" on them. License or not this shouldn't be a thing for people who spent money on the chapter before Netflix pulled the plug.
