Second Chance Perks

Why has everyone stopped running every second chance perk? I've played almost 15 matches now and only 1 BT, 0 Unbreakable, 1 DH and 0 DS (only 6 Off the Record)

I understand DS and DH were nerfed but since no one is running any of them anymore, I see killers camping and tunnelling more than they ever have and it's gotten to the point where I no longer want to play survivor as I've now spent more game time in spectator then I have actually in the game.

I'm not saying anyone has to run second chance perks (I know I don't as I like my infinite tool box or flipflop PS build) but now every game I'm playing with people who relied on these perks to carry them. Do you think MMR will balance these players out eventually?

    I think it will take around 2 weeks to a month for all players to adapt and settle with new builds and playstyles. Everything changed today so we are in that experimentation phase. As you stated, the mmr will probably balance out around the time everyone is comfortable with the changes. BHVR normally likes to watch and see how things are playing out with data before making immediate changes as well.
