Which builds have names a what do they do?

I have started seeing a lot of people mentioning "forever legion/plague" recently, and I was wondering what kind of build would that be. This took me to the question of which other builds have these "nicknames" and what do they do exactly.

    Some famous meme builds have names, I don't know all of them since I'm a very new player, but here's one I'm particularly enjoying going against :

    Impossible Skill Check Build : Unnerving Presence, Huntress Lullaby, Overcharge, Merciless Storm

    It's usually played on the Doctor with add-ons to increase the TR, and consists on making skillcheck as hard and frequent as possible, to the point where it may be near impossible to do gens without blowing them up multiple times.
