Why can't I see the killers profile on steam anymore?

I noticed that as survivor I cant open the killer profile anymore in post game chat. Why is that?
What if I want to add the killer as a friend?
What if the killer was hacking and I need to report? How are we supposed to get their Steam ID etc?

They covered part of the hitbox I think. If you click the blank space near their score it should pop up to view profile.
