Chapter Idea - Clock Tower Chapter - Part 1
Clock Tower is a point and click survival horror adventure game released for the Super Famicom by Human Entertainment on September 14th 1995, later ported to Playstation 1, Wonderswan and Windows 98 and followed up with 3 sequels, only 1 directly related to the story from the first game. The franchise was formerly owned by Human Entertainment (Whose staff later went to work with the company "Spike", who merged with Spike Chunsoft to create the Danganronpa games, and Nude Maker, a very stagnant company which made the badly received Nightcry game), and the franchise is now owned by Sunsoft, another very stagnant company who doesn't make notable games nowadays. The first game follows a young teenage girl named Jennifer Simpson who lost her father and got "dumped" by her mother at a young age, and had to be put in an Orphenage. Later, she is adopted by a woman named Marry Barrows, but her friends who were also abandoned get murdered by a scissor wielding killer and it is discovered that Mary Barrows gave birth to 2 demons, one of which being the "scissorman" killer, and that her father was involved, leading to his death. Jennifer survives the ordeal by herself, and goes on to be adopted by a kind woman named Helen, and they both end up witnessing more killings as scissorman returns, but it is later discovered another child, who was described as the only other survivor of the mass murder at Mary Barrow's mansion, who Jennifer did not recall seeing, was the murderer, and was a reincarnated version of Scissorman's brother, who Jennifer lit on fire in the first game. Helen and Jennifer end up surviving and bonding over their experience. Clock Tower is a cult classic and went on to inspire Haunting Ground by Capcom, Nightcry by Nude Maker, and Remothered by Chris Darril.
The Clock Tower Chapter comes with a survivor and a killer, Jennifer Simpson and Scissorman. The scissorman portrayed in this chapter is based off of the very first scissorman and not the one in the second game.
Survivor: Jennifer
Lore: After surviving Scissorman's Killing Sprees and graduating college, Jennifer becomes a therapist specializing in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, doing photography in her spare time. She lived a peaceful life, and tried her hardest to stay away from the media after surviving two massacres in a row. She gets sucked into the entity's realm after suddenly waking up with her entire room covered in fog, with the chime of a clock tower being heard in the background.
Jennifer is a independant young woman from Norway, who has substantially mentally hardened after frail begginings by surviving multiple mass killing sprees by the hands of a iconic killer named Scissorman. Using her perks Valiant Knight, Youthful Determenation, and Sense of Urgency, she gains extra benefits and strength off of the progress and even downfall of others around her, being able to use a variety of situations to benefit herself and get a lead on her pursuer.
Perk 1: Valiant Knight
You're used to death and danger always pushing you forward, even with others around you getting hurt. After unhooking another survivor, break into a sprint at 150% speed for 4 seconds. Causes the exhausted status effect for 60/50/40 seconds
Perk 2: Youthful Determination
Even in a state of weakness, you can still fight back in small ways. After a generator is completed, gain a token. When standing in a locker without an item, you will be given the hatchet item upon exiting the locker if you have 2 tokens. You can use a hatchet to stun a killer instantly, or if they're carrying a survivor, you can use the hatchet to give the survivor 30/35/40% extra wiggle progression upon throwing it at the killer.
Perk 3: Sense of Urgency
Just because you've completed one objective already, doesn't mean you should stop moving.
After completing a generator, if you aren't within 32 meters of the killer and haven't been for 80/70/60 seconds, you will gain 5% haste until you perform a conspicuous action or come within 32 meters of the killer.

I like the Perks. All seen somewhat useful. Any chance for a killer or is that an idea you're still thinking about?

Yes it will be in part 2.

I've seen a bunch of perk concepts that allow you to stun the killer from a distance, and I think Youthful Determination is the only one I've actually liked so far. The general concept of being able to stun the killer from a distance scares me, but this makes it take a while to even get access to the ability. Assuming you also have to actually aim the thing, these would keep it from being too overpowered, which I appreciate.
