It only happens on that map because of how the placement of tiles are done... according to the game that is a valid placement because they are on two separate tile locations that read as far enough apart even though they obviously are not

I'm going to act like a biased killer main now, who claims to want balance in the game for both sides:
*While this seems to be a bug, this should be left in. Considering survivors can easily sabotage hooks if they play well, and now that Sabo has been buffed (a lot), if survivors know what they're doing they break a hook in time and cooperate to bodyblock for the other. That map is HEAVILY survivor favoured, it pretty much guarantees a 6 Escape, it has about 49 safe pallets and 5 infinites, and I think it would be fun and finally challenging for survivors to have to cooperate and play around those two hooks. I'm a main solo q survivor btw*

I mean, shouldn't it help you wiggling out? two hooks spawning this close means other hooks being farther than usual, right?

Randomized tile placement goofs.
Like when there's three L-T jungle gyms all right next to each other, so you can loop the one till the window's blocked and move to the next one instantly. RNG's the real killer.

No there is usually one at every corner of the digger, then one in every tile, then one between each tile these days

The same thing happens on coal tower with pallets occasionally you'll get a double pallet loop in the center of the map in front of main building
