Has anyone hit the new 40k BP cap?
Without offerings to help or the incentive obv. I haven't even got close the last twenty games and I've had countless 5 gen 4ks.

How does one get 10k in survival? The other three categories sure I'm eating 10k in objective every game especially but survival has always been a mystery to me besides escaping.

Don't go down the whole match and escape and stay alive for more then 9 minutes.

I just hit all 4 caps thanks to a doctor on dead dawg who hooked everyone twice and let us go. To max out the survival cap I was using CoH.

The 40k cap increase wasn't to actually give people 40k points, it was a 2k increase on each category for lopsided contribution games. The math with current earnings barely facilitates it without some degree of farming or setting up specific situations

that gives you the emblem, not the points.
for points you specifically need a killer power that can grant them, wiggle as much as possible, and self heal like a madman. of course you can't ignore literally half the category's potential being tied to whether you escape or not, though.

I haven't hit 40k BP but I do keep hitting 10k BP on objective without gens being completed.

Is it even possible to hit 40k?
As Survivor the Survival category essentially voids getting that many points, it was a super rare occurrence to get 32k because its almost impossible to get 8k on Survival, I suppose 40k is out of the question.
As Killer can you get enough Sacrifice points? the category depends almost exclusively on hooks and sacrifices and there is a hard cap on how many times you can actually hook people, I dont remember it very well but I dont think I ever reached 10k in Sacrifice even with 12 hooks.

Understandable, it feels like the category survivors have the least agency in points-wise. You either escape and get a huge chunk or you don't and get maybe a thousand or so.

This was my thought. Both of those categories are pretty stingy (or in Sacrifice's case, designed to give you exactly 8k for maxing out and no further.) You might be able to do Sacrifice with a mori, because I think moris count for more than sacrifices, but ideally both of them need altered or added score events in order to fit with the new model.
Highest I've gotten was 37k, but I've mostly been playing survivor since the update due to queue times.

No, closer to 4k extra realistically.
As killer, I rarely if ever get 8k brutality. Chaser only with beast of prey, usually it's like 5-7k without. Deviousness is killer dependent, some can get 10k effortlessly, others need distressing. Sacrifice ain't happening unless you get some weird snowball during EGC.
Survivor gets easy 10k gens with prove thyself. Boldness is doable if you're good at running the killer and/or totem build. Survival unlikely. Altruism possible but not reliable.
