Brutal Strength

Has anyone else started running this perk a lot more?

It's actually strong enough to be worth running without Fire Up (which was a mediocre use of two perk slots).

I find it good on wraith especially with his shadow dance white or blood addons, you feel like a machine.

I already liked running it before, so now I'm definitely using it in more builds.

Yes I mostly run it on M1 killers that struggle against predropping pallets Clown Doctor myers in tier 3 it's not a must have but it feels good.

Well, pallet break speed was increased by 10%, which means that, when compared to the old kick speed, it only actually increases your speed by 18%, but that adds up to 28% total when compared to the 20% before the nerf, which is like having two Fire Up stacks at the beginning of the game on top of Brutal.

It might not make an overall difference in kill rates unless your entire build is anti-chase, but it can make chases end much quicker when combined with other speed increases/decreases. It makes a huge difference if you hit someone with Afterpiece Tonic just as they're dropping a pallet. Throw Bamboozle and STBFL in there, and it's a beast.

It really shines when you combine it with Fire Up, but that's two perk slots, and by the time you have full stacks, the game is over and most of the pallets are already gone.

I played a round on meat plant as an m1 killer with brutal

it was nowhere near as painful as before, pre-dropping pallets against brutal doesn't net as much distance as before

Still not an incredibly good perk, but It's really worth on a low-mid tier killer or just in case you want to have fun with a perma-chase build.

Killers like Wraith, Clown, Myers can be very oppressive.

I used to use brutal as a comfy perk and now it is completely unnecessary because it's practically built in.

Yeah, but before, that's all it was: a comfy, feel-good perk. It didn't actually do anything unless you used it with Fire Up. Now, it's actually fast enough to make a difference on its own.
