Is crotus penn asylum bugged? Killers are having a really hard time seeing scratch marks on this map

Myself included. I remember playing blight on this map and I could hardly see any scratch marks the whole game, and no survivors were running any sort of stealth perks.

The same thing happened when I just played against a huntress. The scratch marks (according her the player) were nonexistent the whole game.

My theory is that the grass makes it really hard to see scratch marks. If not then the map is bugged. Tell me if you guys feel the same way.
