Mystical Cultivation - Your mystical ablities can despel evil forces on manifested or cursed objects.
- You Cleanse or blessed Dull Totems 15/20/25% faster, and Hex Totems are 25/30/35% faster. (By Nerfed Calm Spirit)
Tough Line - You gain the ability to recover from the exhaustion status effect while running at 70/60/50% of its reduced recovery speed. (By a nerfed Dead Hard)
Karma Bite (By a nerfed Iron Will)- Overcome the pain from animal bites. While in injured state, you'll gain the following effects:
- Grunts of Pain was reduced by 33% at all times. Reduces your bleeding frequency by 30/40/50%.
- Mending time while in the Deep Wound Status Effect was reduced by 15/20/25%.
Extensive Care - Increases the efficiency of first aid kits by 30/40/50%. Self healing with first aid kit has a -25% reduced healing speed. (By a nerfed Botany Knowledge)
Parkour Reflex - Your flexibility allows you to vault windows and pallets 5/7/9% faster. (By a nerfed Spine Chill)
Echo Terror - When preforming a Conspicuous action when not in a chase, Echo Terror Activates. You'll hear echoes and uncomfortable sounds when the killer is looking at your direction in a 24/28/32 metre range. (The volume of the echoes will increase depends the distance between you and the killer.)
Overconfidence - You have the sharpest sense of concentrating on repairing generators carefully and efficently. While repairing generators, the odds of triggering skill checks were 0% and Repair Speed was increased by 20/25/30%. Reduces other action speeds and the efficency of all items by - 35/30/25%.
Mechanic - You had the toolwork to make the most of it to save their resources. The depletion rate of using toolboxes was decreased by 11/22/33%.
Familiarity - You are very familiar of seeing torturing structures like hooks and cages. Hooks you've sabotaged will leave irrepairable damage to the entity which it was unaware to their condition, Reducing their sacrifice progression speed by 9/12/15%. Damaged hooks you've caused will reveal its pink aura within its 24 metre range.
Neat and Smooth - A set of dexterity skills are your talents to target weak points while preforming repair or healing actions. Skill check success zones are increased by 10/15/20%, and decreases the Rotation speed of Skill Checks by -35%.
Calculated risk - You take on challenging tasks in the urge to escape when it goes to generator repairs. The odds of triggering skill checks was increased by 10/20/30%, and good skill check success zones was decreased by 50/40/30%.
Smokescreen - Finding a tool out in the city riots will help you get out of any unexpected situation. After repairing Generators for a total of 90/70/50 seconds, Smokescreen activates: Enter a Locker while empty-handed and hold the secondary action button for 2 seconds to craft a Smoke Grenade. The Smoke Bomb is left behind when escaping the Trial.
- Smoke Grenade: Craft-able & Limited Item. Craft-able when using Smokescreen. Can be used as a distraction of vision-obstructing device. Detonates with a loud bang and visible smoke, disables aura reading ablities on both survivors and killers, those who are inside or outside on the smoke area. Survivors or some Killers can crouch down to avoid vision obstruction. Creates a Loud Noise Notifications. The Flash Grenade has 1 Charge.

I think Echo Terror is your best idea of the set. It's essentially Whispers for survivors. A very flavourful addition for if we get another Silent Hill chapter or paragraph. I'd be tempted to rename it "Echoing Terror" or "Intrusive Voices."
Calculated Risk is probably my second favourite, but I think it might be a bit too strong for what it is. I think it will either need a duration, or a requirement to fulfil, such as being injured or being within the terror radius. You take calculated risks when its important, you don't constantly take calculated risks.
I think several other of your ideas are cool, and about an equal number are probably unbalanced. Some of your generator-focused perks would absolutely demolish games practically by themselves. Overall, good food for thought!
