Got Ash to 50, then same blood web again

I just finished my Ash's level 50 blood web from the patch and it gave me the animation saying "level 50" instead of prestige. It then brought me back to the same blood web with a few items already purchased. Blood points spent.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Restarted the game and it reset.
