Oppression doesn't work with Surveillance

Since the removal of the scream from Scourge Hook Pain Resonance I decided to test using Surveillance, which will actually show me the generator and it turns yellow if the survivors don't pull off.
If I kick a gen with Oppression though the other generators that begin regressing don't turn white, even though by the description of Surveillance/Oppression they should.
