An idea to help streamers with the increase of hackers.
So i have been watching a few streamers recently and have seen that Hackers in this game are getting out of hand.
I myself have never had a game with a hacker so I don't think the issue is overly bad for general players (maybe see one now and then) however streamers attract them because the hackers can force their way into the streamers lobbies then ruin their game live.
So here is my suggestion to at least help streamers with the hackers that enter their game.
Streamers should be able to put an application in to have their DC penalties removed.
Of course there would be restrictions. (for example have a min of 50 average viewers per stream for example).
This would mean that any hackers that force their way into a streamers lobby wouldn't be able to ruin the game because the streamer can simply DC and go next game without having to worry about a penalty.
Side note - Behaviour really does need to do more to combat these hacks. Maybe try going after the websites that sell the hacking tools to players instead of going just after the players who choose to hack.

Streamers being able to remove their DC penalties sounds like a terrible idea, given some of the personalities involved.
BHVR needs a better internal detection system to be able to tell when something fucky is going on in a match and then waive the DC penalties then. Someone gained two health states in one second? Someone has entered the hook status more than 3 times? The match is still going even though the endgame collapse timer has been exhausted? Someone traversed x distance in y seconds, or was moving at above x m/s during the dying state/while carrying a survivor? Someone has escaped before gens were powered, or died instantly on their first hook without being the last survivor? A stun lasted for more than 5 seconds? You'd think the game would be able to recognize anomalies.

Giving anyone penalty free DCs is a bad idea.
Giving streamers (or anyone else) special in game privileges is an awful idea.
People will abuse it, and people will revolt if certain players can do things they can't.

Here is my take...
I bet that all of the solo-queue players that were recently DCing and Suiciding-on-hook because this patch was so oppressive are now going out to get cheat-programs to play the game with so they can make killers as miserable as possible. They're so mad at the game, they don't care if they get banned for cheating. Hench, the rise in cheaters.
I'm just hypothesizing though.
