If you're crying about the patch

Yeah, the random went back for him and that's how we found out about NOED.

Unironically yes, though not necessarily your own. It's a team game, and your team's skill matters about as much as yours.

It's less that they can and more like they now have a lot less reasons to leave the hook now that the healthy perks that gave incentives for killers to move around after a hook have been nerfed (Pop, Ruin, BBQ, PR, etc).

Thank you for this absolutely amazing thread that definetly needs to take up the front page, so insightful

Didn't you see the title? They also said "If you're crying about the patch" that's like 6 extra words, 7 if you extend you're to you are, lol

Boring, seen that picture already

Typical killer response on this forum. Anything that doesn't relate to killer is a skill issue, but oh man if something is killer related it's everything's else at fault.

They need fix their networking Idc about this patch's changes atm.

Disagree.
It's that it's easy to do now.

how long are killer queues now?
1 -
So it was hard to do before huh?
2 -
Honestly, its better if people stop complaining and just uninstall the game. (Or at least uninstall while you do it)
2 -
It could be.
DS was very punishing, DH was way better, pallets were broken slower and Survivors got way more distance on hit.
1 -
Oh really? Then I suppose that all the killers who were crying pre-patch just had skill issues, too.

But those things encouraged tunneling and camping, not discouraged it. If someone had DS you were better off eating it early in the game than at the end where they could become literally unhookable. DH was essentially bullshit and prolonged chases for half a gen by itself so you'd do best to camp them to the second stage so you'd have to do it with less.
So I really doubt there's anything to this argument.
1 -
Not nearly as long as survivor queues used to be.

You questioned if it was harder to tunnel before.
It was.
3 -
It wasn't harder to tunnel so much as it was harder to play killer in general. It's not like any of those things made tunneling in particular any harder than the rest of the gameplay so mentioning them seems kind of misleading to me.
1 -
Semantics.
It is undeniably easier to chase Survivors due to DH and DS (the most common chase extenders) being heavily nerfed. Ergo, it is undeniably easier to tunnel.
4 -
Yes, but then it shouldn't follow that "killers are tunneling more because it's easier now" because every aspect of the killer gameplay got easier. There is no reason why the game being overall easier would lead to increased tunneling, that would only be the case if tunneling specifically was made easier, which as we just established, it's not the case. The only explanation is that killers now have less of an incentive not to tunnel, ie the perks that encouraged them to roam and spread chases/hooks were nerfed.

I play both sides and didn't mention any sides in the post 🤡
