Strategies or Goals to avoid tilt.
Anyone have tips or anything they do to avoid tilt especially when playing killer. Do you give yourself a specific goal that helps or just load in to do a few archive challenges and then get off the game.
Just curious to hear what you guys do because everytime I play killer nothing tilts me more then gens flying even when I have quick chases. I despise tunneling people out of games and camping unless it's endgame. So I try to stay away from that, not because I necessarily care about survivor fun I just hate playing that way as it feels boring and cheesey.

I'm always aiming to improve with the powers of the various Killers
If I have a rough game but I get some cool plays in/I get more comfortable with a power it doesn't feel as bad honestly. I'll also try to observe the pathing of survivors I go against for use in my own games. Sometimes people do rlly dumb stuff that works and I'm like damn I need to try that
I tend not to worry too much about the early gens, they are always going to get done.

The only times I was tilted about this game and survivors, when I was learning nurse. All clicky clacks, all teabags, buliies...
Now, I'm a nurse main... I don't have feelings... I don't have heart...
(Honestly)
The tilt will go by itself, the more you play the game. Expirience is the key.
But if you're tilting now - turn off the game, and take a rest.
The more tilted you are - worse you play. It's unhealthy.

Getting my BBQ 4-stack, and if that was done early enough double-hooking everyone, was my goal when playing killer for years, and that would have been my suggestion here but BBQ no longer has stacks.
I don't know what to tell you now. I'd suggest playing a different game, really. You could try the goal of hooking each survivor once or twice, though sadly the matches where someone was sabo'ing and running Breakout so I slugged everyone to death have felt more rewarding than double-hooking, and it's hard to recommend double-hooking to someone else when I find myself bored with it.
You could try making your goal maxing out one or two Bloodpoint categories each match. Deviousness and Hunter can often be maxed out with the right killers. It's a small enough challenge to not be tilting but it's not so easy that it just happens automatically. That's what I do these days, though mostly I'm only playing for Archive challenges and Daily Rituals, and after that I turn off DbD to do something else.
