That's what happends when you realese two teleport powers (next to each other) where the one is way better and not much in Survivor's control with way lower cooldown :D

How is Dredge low A? It has a Map-dependant teleport and a 1v1 that doesn't exist. It's mid to low B at best

I don't even think Dredge is that strong. Without Nightfall he is just so slow and Nightfall takes forever to charge up. In bad games he only gets one Nightfall before the game is over. For me, I find his anti-loop almost painful to use. He is very map dependent as well, many maps have few lockers or dead zones.

What do you mean "You leave the tile, you aren't making it to the next"?

He moves way slower than Survivors when using his Power. If your Survivors aren't making it to a tile while you're using your Power, you're facing bad Survivors

Sadako’s map mobility alone makes her better than, say, Trapper. I put her on par with Wraith in terms of effectiveness, about 2/5 stars.

Dredge is more effective than Sadako, I’d say he’s 4/5 stars. The main thing keeping him out of the top tier is his anti-loop is a bit mild and his teleportation is slightly map dependent so he can sometimes get into situations where he’s more or less just a basic attack killer in long chases. Fortunately it’s not that often though which is why I put him at 4.

Sadako cute, Dredge not that cute.

So, at best, you have a 50/50. That's still a low B tier Killer, nowhere near A tier

Sadako played for slugging for pressure using her Green add-on that inflicts Condemned when a survivor revives or heals someone is actually not bad.

Sadako is better than people suggest but still mediocre, you can't play her like a normal killer and have to actively be going for condemns which is difficult. She's probably top of C tier.

Dredge benefitted a ton from the recent patch as thier chase game was thier weakest aspect with that all buffed you just slap on some aura perks and you pretty much should never not be in a chase with someone, thier ability to put pressure on a team is crazy once you get the ball rolling. Mid A tier.

I think Sadako is the worst killer in the game and Dredge is a little bit overtuned. It is funny how they released Dredge so close to Sadako and Dredge is just a better version of her in every way.

If the Survivors keep on doing the same thing, then you're going against bad Survivors.

Also, his mobility is still Map-dependant. You'll barely get any value on something like Red Forest, The Game, Coldwind.

His mobility is meh at best. The only thing that keeps him from C tier is his Nightfall, which buffs his mobility and 1v1 slightly

Sadako is slept on, I'll say that.

As for Dredge, I'm just bad with him as I keep fat-fingering the teleport. Can't really make an accurate judgement on him, but I wouldn't give him A tier regardless,

    Anti loop power

Yeah, Redsgaminggears runs that build a lot if you want to see it in action. Basically the idea is simply that if someone is slugged they normally need another player to revive them, and when that happens the rescuer gains at least one stack of Condemned plus if they also heal the person to full that’s another stack on top of it. And because slugging shaves off 10 seconds on getting into a new chase over carrying while that rescue is going on Sadako is already chasing and downing someone else. So she focuses hooks on just one or two survivors, slugs the others, and keep at most one person on gens at a time that way. In all that confusion she either eventually gets three hooks in a row on one survivor, which is obviously the main goal, or as a side benefit someone loses track of their stacks and she gets a Condemned kill, which doesn’t happen all the time but happens a surprising amount with this particular add-on and tactic.

The main thing you have to be careful about doing this is keeping the pressure up and juggling survivors. You can’t get lured into long chases and have to have a good macro game where you can juggle the survivors of the gens a lot to give yourself time to get rid of pallets and make that later game more in your favor. Jolt works well with this build, since it provides regression without needing hooks or special actions.

Yeah I hate his antiloop so much I don't kkow how some uses it pretty well. It makes me just so slow and survivors hold W going to next pallet and if I manage to use it I don't usually hit them as when I teleport to remnant I look to ramdom direction not the survivor. They should change it like hag that you look at the survivor.

    Non-existent antiloop.

Slow and predictable mobility that's worse than Demogorgon's in every way.

    Mediocre stealth.

He has everything, but isn't good at any of it

Dredge is hilariously better than Sadako in almost every way and truly shows how underpowered she is. I’d say Dredge is high B tier (possibly low A) and Sadako is in D tier.

Dredge is a great and fun character that I love playing as.

Sadako I haven't even bothered purchasing.

I think that sais all that needs to be said xD

    Dredge is a solid killer.

It's still an M1 killer at its core, so it's not exactly high-tier. I'll say... solid B, which is really good for an M1 killer. His anti-loop is pretty mediocre, since he suffers from W-keying like Artist but with none of the range. The latch on lockers is a bit... it's too easy to keep locking everything and it takes too long to break all the locks with an M1. You can somewhat counter this with Haddie's Calendar which creates a bit of a Combat Straps Pig situation where the difference with and without is too big for my liking. His mobility is map dependent but for the most part, it's pretty good and it's scary af in Nightfall when you can use it in chases.

Sadako is a sad, sad, sad affair.

Is she the worst killer? I don't think so. But when people are debating if she is when you have killers such as Trapper, you know there's something wrong.

First off, her kit fights itself. She has mobility and her condemnation. If you want Condemned to build, you need to teleport a lot. If you teleport a lot to build Condemnation, then you won't have the TVs for mobility. The cooldown is a massive 100 seconds baseline and can be lowered to 88, which is still massive.

But let's ignore that for a moment. Let's focus on her mobility itself. It's inferior to Dredge's. Yes, her teleport is instantaneous whereas Dredge has travel time, but again, the 100-second cooldown on a TV AND her TVs can be disabled whereas Dredge can only be slowed down.

She is a stealth killer, unlike Dredge, but her stealth is... not that great. Directional lullaby, lack of speed, etc. This alone isn't much of a problem since she has other aspects of her kit and she'd be treading on Wraith's territory, but it's another thing that hurts.

Condemnation. Before I say anything, I need to say this: I am aware of and have seen the tournament with 4 Condemned kills, and am aware of the "Condemned Sadako" players. This is cool and fun, but also unreliable. And that's how I sum up Condemned; unreliable.

I'm not talking kills here. Those should be rare. A survivor paying attention should not die to Condemnation, just like a survivor with an RBT shouldn't die in most circumstances. I've played Sadako a lot and have had playstyles and builds dedicated to Condemned. It takes what feels like extreme effort and some RNG (regarding gen/TV placements) to get what's ultimately a weaker form of Pig's RBTs. In most circumstances, Condemned feels like an afterthought with survivors barely (if ever) needing to interact with TVs/Tapes, robbing her of her slowdown which is 1/3 of her kit. Essentially, unless you make a major effort, 1/3 of her kit doesn't work.

What really kills her is that she has no chasing power. Yeah, she can do cool things with her manifest flickering, but that requires an add-on AND is countered by pallet camping/predrops, much like Pig. Not every killer needs to be a chasing monster, but every killer needs SOMETHING to help in chase. Legion injures you, Wraith can body block, etc. She has nothing.

Sadako needs help. She really needs help.

2 completely different killers who's only similarities are having a teleport.

Surprised people aren't adding Freddy or Demo to this list, since they too have teleports

night fall he is quicker than Billy normal he is slower than demo but still fast

his anti loop is good just hard more of a mind game than anti loop

And his stealth is great suddenly pop out of a locker even shack isint safe if that lock is broken they either use the pallet or get hit

Sadako really needed more time in the oven imo. Her mechanics are stupid simple for the entire concept of the ring. She quite literally is Freddy without anti-loop. The condemnation effect could be played with and expanded upon in so many ways. As well as giving her some form of anti-loop with her already existing power. A good way to do that would to keep her intermitting phase sequence last a lot longer to give time to trick survivors. Or more ways to spread condemnation and make it an actual threat.

One idea I like is having condemn either make her more or less stealthy. Higher stacks of condemned makes her more visible from a distance, while lower stacks keep you safe from the mori but still oblivious to her. This opens so many avenues for gameplay. You can make yourself fully condemned and try to run Sadako if she's greedy, potentially winning the game by wasting so much of her time.

    A 50/50 isn't a good antiloop.

His stealth is mediocre. Shack hard-counters any M1 Killer, like Dredge. If Dredge teleports to the Locker is side Shack, and the Survivor has a rbakn and sees/hears the Dredge teleport, they'll just run away from shack
