Matchmaking Incentives on 6.2.0 PTB?

"Matchmaking Incentives will be re-enabled on the 6.2.0 Public Test Build, then on the live version of the game if everything goes smoothly."
The 6.2.0 will include the Resident Evil chapter 2 right?

Right, the 6.2.0 patch is the second full chapter patch of the 6th fiscal year.

On the bright side when it was up briefly it definitely seemed to be influencing which side players played. There were apparently a ton of extra people playing survivor when the matchmaking was stuck giving incentives only for survivors. So hopefully once it’s back on and not just stuck on the one side it will actually help even out queues.
