What killers would you refund if given the chance?
Mine are Clown (he's not free on pc), Artist, Blight, and maybe bubba now that bbq isn't required for leveling.
Blight I'm just bad at, but I genuinely don't understand how clown and artist are so underpowered. Especially artist considering she's fairly new. Maybe I just don't understand how to play her but her power seems completely useless.

None of them, but if I had to pick one; definitely Artist. She is about as overrated as it gets and not particularly fun to play on top of that.
I might prefer the 9k shards back to get a survivor now that I am playing the role so much more frequently... But it would just be weird not owning all the killers.

i bought every killer in pursuit of every perk for every killer. But I’m in the same boat. I don’t play blight because I’m garbage with him. I find artist, clown, legion, and plague boring. I only really play bubba to play basement builds after reaching irid 1 lol.

Nurse is the only killer I actively never play. I can't stand staring at the ground half the match. She's free though so nothing to refund, but if I could remove her from my ritual queue I would.

I bought because my friend dared me to. Never touched Trickster nor his Survivor, and never will.
I shouldn't have accepted that dare.

Every single killer on Switch. The game should've cost half as much on Switch and not come with killers at all.

Dredge is by far, at least until his inevitable nerf, one of the best killers they've released... seriously, just give him a bit more time, you'll understand.
Pinhead consistently is ranking high in the kill count, and survivors just hate going against him because, unlike most killers released in the past 3 years, his playstyle is 1v4 focused instead of 1v1. Learn to take advantage of that aspect, and enjoy the feeling of power over the survivors it brings.
Plague is an underestimated BEAST of a killer. To quote a previous post I have made on her:
Plague has 4 strengths against survivors not many other killers have:
- She makes the Healing meta pointless. Not only does she Ruin CoH, but also every Healing perk and Item just becomes wasted slots against her. To compensate for this she also offers the survivors the fastest heal to full health option: the Pools of Devotion (6 seconds), however usage of them rewards her with one of the best ranged attacks in the game. Survivors have to make a tough choice whenever against her because of this.
- She has a nearly uncounterable audio and visual tracking. Once a survivor is fully infected, not only do they get put in a 1 shot down state, they also make loud coughing and puking noises wherever they go, all while being enveloped in a toxic green cloud that's easy to spot from across the map or behind mid sized objects a survivor might try to duck under. Doctor can make survivors scream with static blasts or shocks, but those can be countered by Calm Spirit, or avoided via lockers. Unlike Doc, none of Plagues tracking advantages can be muted or removed by use of a perk, item, or standard environmental mechanic, and can only be countered by giving her a powerful ranged attack (the Pools/fountains), so again, survivors have to make a tough choice.
- She is one of the Only killers who can injure a survivor from the healthy state without giving them a burst of speed. Nemesis has to contaminate survivors with his tentacle strike, and without even injuring them, gives them a speed burst. Unlike Nemesis or the majority of other killers though, once a survivor becomes fully infected/broken by Plagues vile purge, they don't get a sudden speed burst to get away from her. This means that hugging up to them while vomiting often results in a very swift down if you play it right, and the survivors can't do much about that unless they find a good vault or pallet to put between you and them. If they can't do that, then they're going down fast. This makes Hex: Blood Favor extra mean in her arsenal since it activates the moment they become broken, and removes half of their escape options in the immediate area.
- Fully Infected survivors are 1 shot downs. Almost all killers in the roster have to rely on the Exposed status to gain this, but the only killers who defeat Plague on this end are Hillbilly/Bubba, however that's just part of their base kit. The next closest ones are Ghost Face and Myers, who both have time limits on how soon they can do it, and how long it lasts... Plague on the other hand can keep this going without even having to infect the survivors directly just by puking on gens, vaults, pallets, lockers etc, and as long as they refuse to cleanse and give her the best range damaging power in the game (arguable), it remains all trial long.
Overall, Plague is VERY strong when you realize these advantages and make good use of them, but she's not without her downsides too. The primary downside she has is that, aside from the initial corrupt pool she starts with, survivors have complete control over whether or not she gets to use her Corrupt Purge at all. Sure, if they avoid cleansing, they are 1 shot down all game, can't heal, and easier to track, but skilled survivors can route from tile to tile easily, and put pallets between her and them consistently because, if she doesn't have Corrupt Purge, she's reduced to a standard M1 killer. She's basically a better version of Perma EW3 Myers/Shape at that point, in that she has all the instant downing potential + better tracking, but can still be looped to death just like any other M1 killer. Survivors have the power to put her in that position until the gates are powered, and make an easy escape against her... BUT, that's a hell of a better place to be in over almost all of the other M1 killers in the game currently.
If any killer deserves a refund... to me, its gotta be Sadako (the Onryo), or The Deathslinger.
Why?
Because Onryo is supposed to be a stealth killer but is so noisy, that even in her "undetectable state" they deemed that she have a freaking lullaby! As for Deathslinger... EVERYTHING he does slows down his movement speed to the point that his ranged attack doesn't even matter, and even after they nerfed him by extending his TR, and slowing down his aim down sights, they also STILL left him with a lullaby radius that warns survivors beyond his effective ranged attack that he's coming... making his whole character and power completely useless against even a "decent" survivor team!

Exactly. Back in the day, Dowsey even believed she was Nurse's replacement or something. And that Sadako was A tier. Like... Good grief. I digress, whenever content creators hype them up, the sheep start complaining. People actually wanted her nerfed. Luckily that blew over. It was pretty yikes.

I would say twins but i've had a couple of daillies with them and somehow enjoying it quite a bit.

I am currently in love with Artist, her power can be very oppressive and I've found a lot of survivors will risk the M1 to avoid the crows at most loops.
For me it would be Slinger, Meyers, or Twins
Slinger is just so slow and clunky to me, it's impossible to get into a good flow with him.
Meyers has the problem of being good at low to mid ranks but absolutely worthless at high ranks, the memes make him a little more on the fence to refund but Laurie definitely wasn't worth the code her or her perks are made of.
Twins were fun at first (post fix from worst chapter launch ever) but now they've been gutted so much for such a low pick rate that it boggles the mind why BHVR hasn't refunded the chapter and just deleted them from the game.

Trickster, Twins, Ghostface, Freddy, and Nemesis. I bought Trickster, Twins, and Nemesis's chapters solely for the survivors and haven't played them since their releases.
I got Ghostie to try him out, but ultimately ended up disliking his power because his reveal mechanic keeps getting messed up.
And I bought Fredward way back when he had his old power and was actually fun to play. Now he's just a shell of his former self and probably one of the most boring killer to play as.

I expected to play him more, but I'm comfortable and happy playing Legion and Hag, and the next I'd like to learn is Doctor.
I'd refund Clown, since I don't intend to play him ever, but I kinda bought him to get Kate, so.... Not happening.

If they has cross progression i could understand them being the same price. but they currently don't from my understanding so buying a crappier version is not very good

Dredge. On the PTB Nightfall was fine* so I bought it day 1 only to realise that playing as it was impossible because of the black and white filter making tracking impossible, and the overall clunky feeling movement of the character made me nauseous.
*Fine here meaning "It did not cause anyone serious accessibility issues to the best of my knowledge". It does not mean it was okay balance wise.

Blight and Freddy (Sorry @GeneralV )
Blight because I can’t be bothered to learn how to traverse the map and what I can and cannot bump off of. I tried doing that rift challenge where he has to hit six survivors after doing a rush and couldn’t do more than 2. I have more respect for Blight mains now, even though most of them play like their life depends on winning.
Freddy is just so uninteresting and uninspired. Nothing like I thought he would be when I thought about the Movie Freddy. I never played the old Freddy (they reworked him before I started playing) and hope for the sake of my dear friend that they rework him and give him back his old power with some QoL improvements.

Any killer that got nerfed into the ground id ask for a refund until they were set up properly again as I wont play them as they are. I get that certain killers needed nerfs in order to make them more appealing to play against I just hope that the nurse doesnt get this treatment as she seems to still be most players bane of doom. I still miss spirit plays as and against her and aside from the gannman and haunter I dont think many others still play her that had a voice on these forums.

The clunky comment i don't get when you have a killer like Twins with forced mechanics that makes them that way, whereas the other two don't. But i understand everything is subjective.

With Blight it's easy to get into a flow state and it becomes almost effortless to careen around the map and string hits together. Purposely breaking that flow becomes weird so I think that makes Blight players appear like they're playing super intense and sweaty when for me it's actually quite relaxing to play him because of the constant flow. It's like when you are winning at pinball and keep getting all the jackpots.
I guess I'd refund Sadako since I haven't played her still, but I do like her perks on other killers. Artist is another killer I've only played a couple of times.

All you good people saying Artist isn't worth it are either moonlighting survivors or bottom tier killers. She's A-list behind Nurse and Blight and I daresay she's taken Spirit's old spot. If you can't do well as killer with Artist I humbly suggest now may be the time for some self evaluation.
