Hey peeps. Im playing killer and just got the game on a new platform so Im having to start all over (I know it sucks) I would like to know since most characters and killers dont have perks and when playing matches with 0-2 perks all survivors seem like beginners and after matches I can see perks and some have all at level 3 while others have like 3 slots all level 1 or 2. Does not having perk slots or leveled up perks cause this? I feel bad for new people and try to help them but most of them don't get it which takes matches even longer because I let them go and they run away and there I go having to find them again until I get annoyed then just kill them.
