What is the best build for pyramid head?
Right now my build is: NOED, bloodwarden, Discordance and franklins demise. Any tips?

I'm All Ears is generally regarded as one of Pyramid Head's better, if not best, perks. It's handy in chase as it lets your aim your range attacks.

Like someone above said I’m All Ears is good because it can allow you to hit someone through a wall after a vault.
Personally I also tend to avoid any perks that require me to hook survivors with Pyramid Head since I like to use the Cages to save time and get myself back in chases more quickly. So I skip all the Scourge Hook perks and Pop Goes the Weasel, etc.

Run lethal pursuer with im all ears, added aura reading time, super good.

Enduring is great since you can rebound with his projectile attack

Aha my time has come once more. Let's talk about your build first.
Firstly, NOED is bad. Not in the typical way you'll see, but that it relies on basic attacks, which you'll be getting far less of the better you are at Pyramid Head. Having NOED as a backup means you never have to improve at hitting POTD because your M1 attacks provide far more value, and you fall into the zoning trap so many Pyramid Head players do.
Secondly, Franklin's is also bad for the reason stated above. It needs a basic attack, and the more valuable you make your basic attacks, the less you'll want to be using your power to injure and down people.
For that exact reason I'd also advise against any perk that needs a basic attack, including Save The Best For Last (STBFL), Sloppy Butcher, and Surge.
Blood Warden is... Eh. It's an okay perk, but I personally wouldn't use it. It needs a hook and sometimes during endgame as him you just really need to cage someone to get them across the map where no gates are, or kill them outright with Final Judgement quickly so you can get another easy kill and prey on people being out of position far easier than Blood Warden would allow you to.
Discordance is a pretty good information perk, especially with the rise of Prove Thyself and increased gen times. It allows you to interrupt multiple people and being able to save time via caging means you can usually interrupt them quicker than if you had to hook. I wouldn't personally use it but you could be doing far worse for yourself.
Now, my build. And full disclosure, I'm still playing around with all the new perks we got, but this is the current perk build I've been having great success with. Ignore the addons.
Call Of Brine (The Onryō/Sadako) is just a very nifty perk. It's great for information, makes kicking generators worth it, and synergises incredibly well with both the basekit 2.5% regression we now have and Deadlock.
Speaking of, Deadlock (The Cenobite/Pinhead) is absolutely cracked right now. Not only is it also amazing for information, but provides some wonderful passive slowdown and makes the early game much more bearable.
I'm All Ears (The Ghost Face) is his best perk. Easily, absolutely, hands down his best perk beyond a shadow of a doubt. If you're not running it, you're throwing. It grants you so much information that translates to a free hit, if not a free down. Moreover, you can use this information to learn how a survivor acts after vaulting, so you're then able to adapt your strategy for the next time they do it and can get a free hit without even needing the perk to proc. It's genuinely the best perk in all of DBD for Pyramid Head and I am fully prepared to die on this hill.
Finally, Lethal Pursuer (The Nemesis). Its a great early game perk, allowing you to instantly disrupt survivors as well as waste 2 Distortion tokens which would get in the way of your I'm All Ears plays. Not only that, but it also augments I'm All Ears (and if you choose to use it, Iridescent Seal of Metatron) into 8 solid seconds of aura reading. If a survivor stays at that structure they are downed provided you're semi-competent. I cannot stress enough how valuable that 8 seconds is, on a 40 second cooldown. The best part is that it's actually a 38 second cooldown, because it starts after 6 seconds (the usual length of the effect).
For add-ons, I'd advise Burning Man Painting (range +1.5m) and Wax Doll (range +1m), however duration add-ons aren't that bad either. The Crimson Ceremony Book is unironically pretty good too, after the rework to Haemorrhage.
That's all, if you have any questions feel free to ask. I'm still working on a Pyramid Head guide (by this point it'll be the 2023 edition lmao) so anything you're curious about will be great to know so I can slap it in there.

Currently I like running Discordance, Nurse's Calling, Dark Devotion and Jolt.

Im all ears is really good on him, though its not required because you mostly only use POTD when the survivors are locked in an animation or when theyre running to a pallet or window. Shooting through walls is risky- and most of the time, not really worth it. That being said though, dont let it deter you because its a lot more fun to shoot through walls for hits- just mostly up to you.
Lethal is also good on him, or really any killer. Its even better if you pair it with Im All Ears, too.
personally i also think Infectious Fright is really good on him. gives you more options with caging survivors, you hear someone scream? cage and chase the screaming survivor.
final perk is up to you. though obviously a slowdown perk would probably be best.

So in general, when playing any killer i like to look at what they are weak at, and take perks to improve that. Pyramid head has a pretty decent chase power and a decent time saver in hooking. The main way to play him is to basically loop, right click, if they vault, you use your power, if they don't, you cancel. And there is some mindgame where you both try and play around that and see what each survivor is doing.
On the other hand though, he has absolutely terrible map pressure because he can only walk to the other side of the map and his power doesn't help him on gens at all. Because of that, i would take slowdown perks that don't require much action from you. Stuff like:
- Corrupt Intervention
- Deadlock
- Discordance (to help find survivors)
- Monitor and Abuse (helps you get closer to survivors before they can spot you)
- I'm all Ears (works great with his power)
- Lethal Pursuer (to help find survivors quickly in the beginning and pairs well with "I'm all ears"
I'd avoid hook perks, like dead man's switch, or scourge hook because sometimes you won't be able to hook them.

Thanks man. Ill use this!

Stbfl, pain reso, I'm all ears (slept on a lot but it's pretty strong on pp head) and a 4th perk of your choice

Noed is definitely a good pick, pyramid is weak because of clunky and nerfed gameplay, takes a long time to put swrd in the groumd, sluggish, awful amd easy to juke. Pyramid needs QOL change

Well good to know that you're just a terrible Pyramid Head player.

Have beat a lot of sweaty swfs carried by perks. It is tiring and he needs a buff, playing him requires a lot of work that normally should not be required. Obviously i am not a WR pyramid head like you, sorry for aaking for buffs, pyramid head is uncounterable.

He definitely doesn't need a buff lmao he's fine strength wise. You saying to use NOED means you can't hit POTD consistently at all, and NOED gives you no motivation to learn because your M1s will always be more valuable than your M2s.
He's nowhere near weak, and honestly I'd argue he's within the top 5 killers in all of DBD. A bit clunky, yes, but clunky doesn't mean weak or bad by any means.
Though I'd have no complaints to a buff. Just make me better.

He needs a QoL change like plague had, increase the speed of putting the sword on the ground and of cancelling his power, just that. His aim could get better since is too clunky, but the speed of putting the sword on the ground would be enough.

You mean like he was on release? Eh no he definitely doesn't need that. I wouldn't complain but I absolutely remember everyone crying that going from 0.5s to 1s would kill him and he remained incredibly powerful.

Yes, like that but also with his recent gameplay. They should have only changed the cage camping. A simple QoL change that would be good enough.

Blood Warden triggers on hook. As Pyramid Head you will cage instead of hook often.
Similar for Franklin's. Many times you will use your Special Attack instead of Basic Attack, which won't trigger Franklin's.
I don't really recommend NOED, as it gives you a bad habit of getting more kills than you should. If you switch out NOED once, you'll hate your life.
Discordance is very viable. Great choice.
I can HIGHLY recommend I'm all Ears from Ghosty. It helps you a lot to get through-the-wall hits during chase.
Deadlock is always good for gen slowdown.
But i also recommend you to not use one loadout all the time, but rather change your loudout for every match and take a mixture of good perks that'll help you, and dumb perks that are fun, like Coup the Grâce.
