Last second lobby changes
Y'all do too much. Just had 3 lobbies in a row where they put on a p1 surv with no items, then last second switch to a 25p with 4 flashlights. Mf I'm hag, and don't have lightborn hard NOPE lol

Ok.

Yeah I don't get the point of last second switching. It's a waste of time, imo.

It's one of the few times when "sporting" Tippy (no tunneling, no slugging, no camping) goes away. I do my best to play nice and fair but if you're going to try to do me dirty like that, two can play at that game...

I think it’s funny. I don’t mind a lobby full of clicky boys. They are honestly some of the easier teams to beat, simply because flashlights are so easy to counter, and they never do gens because they follow me trying to get saves.

I have some slight eye problems that come with the inevitable flashlight stun at a pallet break , however once i get lightborn ill be much more down to try it

How about they just take the ability for a killer to see the name and any items a survivor has.

That’s fair enough

How is it dirty to switch characters in lobby? Man, i honestly believe that killers take everything a surv does as a justification for tunneling/camping.
If they want to play with four flashlights, they obviously have to do some last second switching or the killer will see and put lightborn negating all items at once

Doesn't really work for Hag who loses her power if everyone has as flashlight.

Well that’s obvious isn’t it?

People do it to avoid Lightborn, since there is no way for the killer to tell if you have a flashlight or not until youve swapped, but by then, there is no way for them to put on Lightborn.
Half the time it's easy to tell if someone is going to swap, it's just something you can sense after playing for awhile. So throwing on Lightborn normally will result in them DCing if you manage to pull it off (or getting accused of stream sniping if they are a TTV).

You get what you give. Last second switching as a team is just a way of saying " anything goes" so don't mind if I take you up on your offer.

I wouldn't put lightborn on because flashlights are generally very easy to deal with.
But very few teams all switch to flashlights at the last second because they intend to play normally. I've never in my time playing this game seen four players switch to flashlights last second and end up not facing a bully squad.

But have you seen the elusive bully squad that doesn't last second switch? The ones who already have four flashlights the moment you join the lobby?
Those are worthy of respect.

How they play the game is up to them, i am not defending bully squad or the survs that do macro clicking with flashlight.
All i am saying is even if you were against the chillest, fairer swf, they would probably do a last second switch just to avoid lightborn.
It's like it was with the old hatch, where people would last second switch to a character with a key to avoid franklin's.
That is not toxic at all.

Nah, the last second swap people are more rare and tend to be more BM. For awhile. Until they realize you eat those types of squads for breakfast. They desperately try to gen rush toward the end, the whole beginning of the game they threw gives me a lot of time to let the fat rend and prolong the inevitable with so much slugging. Sometimes they even desperately make their way to you and point at hooks. It is adorable.

I've had them show up to but usually they're not bully squads in my experience when they start with the flashlights in their hand.
Or if they are, they're usually bad at it 😅

This is one of the reasons I don't pay much attention to lobbies and have Lightborn equipped 100% of the time. Having Hillbilly prestiged means Lightborn on all killers now and forever, so that's nice.
As Hag or Wraith, though, yeah, I'd just nope out of there.

I do it to avoid lightborn and Franklin, I've been seeing too many killers run LB, FD, NC, LP, BW-- etc (Lightborn, Franklin's demise, nurse's calling and Lethal pursuer, Blood warden) BBQ I see naturally but these 4 perks are probably the most bothersome to me seeing as it negates ALL items at once, you might as well just not carry one at all.
Seriously, did I miss a chapter? Since when were these perks the META shift? It's like after the thana nerf, everyone was like "Fun's over, It was ruined, moving on."
