Mainly been playing Wesker in the PTB and haven't been able to test this myself. So if someone procs the 30 seconds on the person on the hook and someone else immediately activates it as well does the time stack to 60 seconds, or do they have to wait for the first 30 seconds to expire?

    It's not supposed to and so far, it doesn't seem to stack with me or my friends when we play so I'm guessing no. Also, anyone can reactivate the perk for 30 seconds if they have the perk too before the first time has expired so you can, in theory, keep it active for as long as you need with 2 people but that wastes a ton of time if the killer isn't camping. Gotta run back and forth over and over again to do that while someone is being chased by the killer. If not, its the best anti-camping perk in-game currently.
