Blood point bonus per devotion level

For every devotion you go up, you get a 1% increase to all blood point categories.

Also have non teachable perks on all survivors and killers at yellow.

    Some type of reward for devotion would be nice! I think iridescent shards are increased for devotion but that's not something i really care about lol

    Should be a slightly rounded 10% cost reduction for Bloodweb purchases per Devotion level, capping at something like Devotion 5. So it would look like:

    • Devotion 0: 6,000
    • Devotion 1: 5,400
    • Devotion 2: 4,860
    • Devotion 3: 4,375
    • Devotion 4: 3,950
    • Devotion 5: 3,550
