Is it even worth to lvl up "Make Your Choice" as The Hag?

Just like in a title. Here's some explaination why I am asking.

Make Your Choice I applies debuff for 40 seconds and has a cooldown of 40 seconds.
Make Your Choice III applies debuff for 60 seconds and has a cooldown of 60 seconds.

Does Hag need that 20 seconds of debuff more to down a survivor? She can set a trap and teleport if survivors are dumb enough to not crouch away and insta down one of two of them. Or even without activating a trap if you are using Mint Rag. In this case it would be better to have a bit lower cd on it so you can keep someone on the hook if they are not fast enough. Am I wrong?

    Eh... doesn't hurt. Sometimes you teleport back and there are 3 survivors there (the guy that was hook plus 2). If you pick the wrong one and want to go find the right one well at tier 3 you have more time.

    And sometimes it won't proc because of cooldown. Also here is pic of every rank.

    I have used Rank 3 Make Your Choice on Hag (50 level)... Your mileage may vary .. Its fun, but not on my "must have" list.

    Good point, however I find that more often than not it's better for it to be longer than shorter. If you are mid-chase when someone saves you probably won't be able to get the MYC guy even with tier 3, but putting Exposed on a survivor makes them play immersed. Meaning that guy probably won't do gens or make risky saves for 60 seconds, which sometimes has more value to you than a one shot.

    I also wonder why did devs made it with longer cd on rank 3 than rank 1. I think it would be nice to have 60 sec debuff on 40 sec cd at max rank. Sometimes that 20 sec makes a difference.

    Hmm, interesting.
    I wonder who is wrong, the game or the wiki.
    I mean yeah, normally the game is the one that's right, but it could be a visual bug.
    I just don't know.

    Consider that MYC was changed a couple patches ago. Maybe the wiki hasn't been updated accordingly.

    To OP if the cooldown is shorter I think it might be worth to keep the tier 1 version. With the Hag usually you get them quickly after the unhook, so the reduced cooldown can actually help in chaining insta-downs.
