I often wondered why killers can't select their killer in the lobby. I'll research why that was removed:
Oh MMR is based on killer and not overall player... I guess that makes sense.

Well, Your matchmaking sounds cursed if it's only going to be Spirit.
But back to the OP. I wholeheartedly disagree with this recommendation mainly due to queue times for said killers could be absolutely horrendous and would most likely just drive people away from the game because they can't play their favorite character for 40 minutes to an hour before they get into a match only to have one person DC or give up anyways because something didn't go their way. I could honestly just see it backfiring completely.

I can only imagine that me as a blight main would get matched against people who have know idea what he does instead of players who are good but just don't want to put in the effort. Would make me quit the game in 5 games or less if Ill I got were bad players.

Judging by the responses here Legion and Bubba would have a far tougher time getting games than Blight.

Nurse, Twins and Dredge.
Nurse is self explenatory.
Twins is just boring, slug all, Victor has a hitbox of an UFO, camp hooks with Victor's built in Radar.
Dredge is just obnoxious. It hurts my head and eyes when Nightfall happens. His anti loop feels like old Spirit's stand still mindgame, just modified.

This is an awful thing to implement, though to be honest I doubt they would even be able to implement it.
Many people have already said this, but if people got to ban 3 killers this is exactly what would happen.
Nobody is playing against Nurse
and these killers are going to have extremely long queue times
Blight, Spirit, Legion, Plague, Bubba.
Probably in that order.
There aren't many games that allow you to ban something before you even get into the game. I'm assuming you're talking about CSGO or something that allows you to ban maps you don't want to play on. This in the grand scheme of things is inconsequential because the other team is playing on the same map you are, there's no balance difference because it's an even playing field regardless of what map you want to play on.
Games like League or Dota do let you ban full characters, but this is once you're already in the game and each game has their own way of punishing "dodges". League gives you a "freebie" if you leave during champ select, you lose 3 lp and have a 5 minute cooldown timer on your first one of the day. Any more and you actually start getting punished to the point where DCing isn't worth it. Dota has no such generoucity, if you DC in a game regardless of when it is, you are getting an abandon and depending on how much of a bad noodle you are, you can land yourself in Low Priority queue, which is a hell I can tell you from experience that nobody wants to be in.
You also have to take into account that these games literally have over 150+ characters to choose from, where as Dead by Daylight struggles to run optimally with less than 30
The thing to take away from this is that allowing bans is not how you fix the disconnect problem. The way you fix the disconnect problem is punishing the people who disconnect. Allow a freebie every day, 5 - 10 minute timer is fine, and then actually start making the game unplayable for continued offenses.
I'm sure this is something BHVR is working on and I can't wait to see it in about 5 years when they finally get around to implementing a real punishment system.

I would ban Legion because his playstyle is boring and annoying,Spirit because she is also very annoying and Plague because her playstyle is also really boring and annoying just like Legion,and solo q teammates cleans too often
