How many African players are there?
tl;dr: Playing on dbd servers from Africa sucks (~200ms ping). How many African players are there, and can we convince BHVR to add SA servers?
I'm from South Africa and absolutely love the game. I finally have a decent Windows PC so I've been playing quite a lot in the last few months.
However, something that almost immediately became an annoyance is constantly having to play around the ~200ms ping that comes with playing on EU/US/etc. servers.
This is quite literally the difference between escaping and dying in some trials, since actively playing around the killer becomes significantly more difficult (and less fun when you get hit a mile away from a window). Likewise it makes playing killer less enjoyable as hits that seemingly should land sometimes do not.
The win/loss aspect doesn't bother me too much, personally, but my enjoyment of the game has definitely suffered somewhat.
So I am wondering how many others (if any) have shared my frustration?
I feel as though this should be an easy fix with AWS having been launched in SA a while back, but I am admittedly uninformed beyond that.

I've played with a few South Africans, and a couple Nigerians and people from Niger.
