If you think feng gets too many cosmetics...
People are too quick to get annoyed that feng gets "too many" cosmetics, when other survivors get just as much and more than her. Let's take this year as an example

This is including rift cosmetics & recolours and upcoming releases. So if you're going to complain feng gets too many, yall really need to bring up these 8 survivors too. Too often do I see people only calling out feng for getting too many cosmetics which doesn't sit right with me.
So everyone repeat after me. "I'm sorry feng <3"

Feng, Felix, Dwight, Kate, and Meg all deserve a year where they get 0 cosmetics. Jake gets a pass since before this year his most recent cosmetic was from December 2020. David and Nea I am very on the fence about.

Feng doesn't deserve to be singled out, but she does deserve to stop receiving so many goddamn skins. Yui, Adam, Elodie, Haddie, and Zarina deserve more.

No but I also know that BHVR holds monopoly power within the market and can get away with not making the best business decisions for short-term profit maximisation when it leads to long-term consumer satisfaction.

Yes! I would very much like more from Yui, Adam, Elodie, Haddie, Zarina and Yun-jin. But yeah, I just don't like when people single out feng.

They are not at all the same team nor the same thing.
The people who make the skins have nothing to do with balance, and vice versa.
On actual topic, yeah, sure, those other characters got more. Feng still gets a ridiculous amount of cosmetics. The other characters deserve more.

While I’m a little disappointed you didn’t mention Claudette in the needs more, I do thank you for not cussing her out! (I know she has more than others)
I do hope Zaria gets some more outfits and the poor Adam mains need a whole new wardrobe.
