So as far as the game is rolling and base on real, what if we have a perk or ability to help a surviver which is being mori.

All the killer have some few seconds when mori (like 5 seconds) so if another survier could arrive at the beginning of mori , he/she can do something like pushing the killer and killer stun for some seconds and the downed surviver stay alive and get back to injury

In this way,other survivers won't just look and see their teammates getting killed (( or t-bagging in ghost-face camera =/ ))
