Best killer for farming BP
As I have recently started this game again on PC, what would be a good killer for maximising BP gains now that BBQ is gone?. I know Doctor is good for bloodpoints but don't enjoy playing him. I can't quite remember who gets lots of points through using their power. What would be a good starting point?

Legion and Wraith are great for BP gains

It comes down to who can earn Deviousness the best really, and that's killers like Doctor/Legion/Demo/Clown/Blight. Killers who basically actively use their power a lot in chase and it earns them a lot of points.
It's more who to avoid really in terms of Deviousness, and that's killers like Plague/Pig who really struggle and other killers that rely on the survivors interacting with your power like Trapper.
Overall though, just play whoever you enjoy that has the cakes, BPs, puddings - they're gonna net gain you the most in the long run.

I usually just play Legion or Nemesis. If you like Wraith he's good too, and he can run pretty much any perk just like Legion so the flexibility is nice.
I think Dredge and Spirit can be decent too. Dredge has his locks that give i think 200 points a pop and Spirit usually always gets hits with her power

The one that you're comfortable with to go for "double pip" aka "proper gameplay", so you do lots of hooks, lots of chases, lots of hits and pressure gens well. Killer choice is really subjective and personal to YOU.

Thank you all, will probably go with Blight, Legion or Nemesis as I'm trying to level up as optimally as possible.

I'd say Wraith.
He is very generous with the Deviousness BP for hitting someone after uncloaking. As long as your next action after uncloaking is hitting a Survivor within something like 30 seconds, you get them - and it's not a small amount either!
Just watch out not to whiff, because that will remove those bonus BP from the next hit unless you recloak and uncloak again.
