Challenge: Make Survivors Scream 20 Times
Is this challenge only possible with Doctor? I played Clown and made survivors scream with bottles, but it doesn't work. Don't survivors scream also when they go down or when they get hooked? Is this challenge broken? So many questions.

It must be broken, I've done plenty of these and iirc doc and clown's powers, hits, hooking the survivor, and perks like infectious and iron maiden should all count

I also remember that I've done this challenge in the past in other Tomes. It must be bugged then

I also tried Deathslinger since survivors scream once they get shot. Still nothing. It's completely bugged for me

Basic hit (damage) with any killer makes them scream

Thanks. Sadly for me it's bugged and i have 0/20 after 4 matches with clown, deathslinger, trapper and hag. All survivors screamed but none of them counted for this challenge.

Yeah I'm not sure why that hasn't been a thing already, so I figured someone should start one. 😎

Certainly it's easiest with Doctor but since it's not limited to one match there's no reason why any killer couldn't get this.

I just finished the Tome 4, Chapter 3 terrified(make them scream 45 times) in 1 round using:
Doctor, Distressing, Dragon's grip, Iron Maiden, and Infectious Fright (basically, all the scream perks my doctor has), with Distressing used to make Static Blast hit even further.
I had previously had problems where, even with a very similar layout, I got ZERO credit.
Update: Tome 3, Chapter 2, 30 screams done.

Iron maiden makes em scream. There are a fair few perks that trigger screams, but doctor and clown are probably the easiest.

Pretty much easy with only specific killers like you said, but possible with a few perks.
Oni with his pink addon works too

I got it with clown. It was just bugged and it got patched with 6.2.0.
