So I was just playing as my favorite hell priest, when all of the sudden, I was getting bullied with 3 hooks at 1 gen left, so I'm sitting there with only aura reading perks and no add-ons when I realized: This is what Pinhead was after all along, this was the ultimate feeling of pain, which for a Cenobite brings pleasure as well! This is very lore accurate, and I'm impressed by the dedication BHVR had when created this character.
