balancing with more imbalance.

Okay, so, first off, we all know the tiring debate between killer/survivor mains about which side has it worse.

without realistic statistics being given by the devs there's  no real way to come to a definitive decision on which wins more consistently.

with that said, what if we just stop trying to worry about it? as of right now, I'm convinced that killers have it easier, BUT that's likely because I intentionally handicap myself so that I don't have to deal with the headaches of high ranks.
(to be honest I handicap my killer rounds and I tryhard as survivor and still lose way more than I survive)

Aside from all of this potentially argument-starting stuff... I'd like to see what others would think about actually making the game easier on survivors... but with a twist.

we actually add in ultra-rare addons or offerings for killers that make them OP as all hell.

(I toyed with the idea of offerings for both killers AND survivors that are ridiculously OP but with the ratio of 4 survivors vs 1 killer I have a feeling it would be impossible to keep killers from running into at least one OP survivor every single round)

this would actually make survivors more capable of surviving rounds in general, but it would also give some of the more power hungry killers the occasional round where it's just a kill-fest.

entity chrysalis -
Burning this offering imbues the killer with the power of the entity itself.

- Hex: Ruin is applied without the use of a totem.
- Survivors are afflicted with the exposed status for the duration of the trial.
- Pallets will break when used.
- Windows will be blocked by the entity after one use.
- You can Mori any survivor in the dying state.

-------------------
now, something like this will not work unless there are some changes made to the "balance" of the game currently. The supposed 50% survival would just be further dropped lower.

this offering would have to be pretty rare to keep from having every single round being like this, but imagine how happy some of the killers would be to actually be put into the unstoppable killer role that many of them wish they had for every round.

But if we made some changes that could make surviving a little easier it would actually benefit both sides, so long as killers got something like this in return.
