I'm trying to think of perks that would work for Old man Blight which using the Adrenaline vile and Plasibo(if that's how you spell it) pill. The idea is that he is supposed to be slow and have a hard time turning since he's old and his back isn't has good as it used to be but what perks would be good to work with this build idea.
