Customer support ticket on iphone is bugged

(Apologies if this is the wrong category to post this in).



I am trying to submit a request for DBD about a problem in the game, on my iphone.


The bot notices I am using an iphone and asks if its about DBD mobile, I select “No”, and the bot locks up, no longer replying at all.
