3 months later... save error still exists

Everytime I issued a ticket I've been told to be patient since a fix is being worked on, but 3 months, really? There's no point in me even playing since I can't get bloodpoints. I would like to buy the new DLC and auric cells but I can't support a game that I can't even play properly anymore. I quit playing for the past week hoping that the new patch would come with a fix, but nope.

Anyone know of any work-arounds?

    3 months is not a long time if we talk about BHVR, just be patient there is nothing you can do by yourself

    They were telling you to literally ######### off for 3 months, yet you still say you "would like to buy the new DLC and auric cells "?

    Not to be mean, but with that attitude devs will not learn to respect their customers. Same with making new, trashy killer and making nerfs nobody asked.

    file an issue to the devs and they will give you all that you lost back

    I don't get your point. I'm annoyed that I'm constantly getting this error, but DBD will still be one of my favourite games. I want to support the game but I can't if it doesn't wanna let me have fun.

    I've tried that, they said they aren't able to give compensation to people who've encountered the error, but will look into it and maybe give us BP at a later date.
