What is 15 Meters
I have a huntress challenge and trickster challenge where I have to hit survivors 15 meters away, but I have no idea what 15 meters is in game. It always says a perk and terror radius is (this many meters) but the game never explains how far a meter is.
I really just want to get these challenges done and over with. :')

Alright picture one meter.
Now multiply it 15 times.
For real if you want a visual representation ask a friend to go into a custom and stand just outside of Myer's terror radius (without monitor ofc).

I watched a video once where they said the pillars in the maps outer walls are 8m apart. So in the photo below, 8m between the two circled areas. So approx twice that distance (first circle to exit gate?) would be 16m

A meter inside the game, to me at least, feels pretty close to a meter in real life. If you're good at guessing distances there, you can apply that to the game.
If you aren't, you can follow Nazzzak's advice, the columns on the outer walls present on all outdoor maps are indeed 8 meters apart. If you shoot survivors from at least that distance away, you should get progress toward your challenges.

Those killers move at 4.4 m/s. Walk for 3.5 seconds and that distance is about 15 meters.

I really wish that you could view your challenge progress in-match, specifically so that you can use trail and error to figure out whether you're doing it correctly or not. I have no idea what distance anything is by looking at it, either in life or in the game. Imagine how useful it would be if I could chuck a hatchet from what I think is 15m and then check to see if it counted or not.

Approximately 7 slugged survivors away

15 meters is stressfully close if you're a survivor but impossibly far if you're the killer.
