Only three types of perk are viable

In high level matches, there are only three types of viable perks.
Type 1 (red) - Generator perks. They speed up, slow down or give valuable information on generators.
Type 2 (blue)- Chase Perks. For Survivors, its purely exhaustion perks or perks meant to combo with them. For Killers, its perks meant to limit options in chase and shut down loops quicker.
Type 3 (green) - Health State Perks. They alter healing abilities, provide endurance or interact with hook states.
If you're seeing a lot of perks in your lobbies that don't fit into this model, its probably a lower skill level game. Or people messing around. Easy way to tell the MMR of your match.
