I mean, I can't test for sure because I got those achievements back when they were Demogorgon/Steve/Nancy's adept achievements. (I assume you're talking about the Tools of the Trade, Expert Generalist, and Skilled Generalist achievements.) The Stranger Things perks are supposed to count as universal/general-pool perks. I'd say that's why the new achievements call for universal perks, too, because that's what the Stranger Things perks are now considered.

But BHVR can screw things up all the time. Until you try it, you won't know if it works. It could have worked two weeks ago and not work today. Hell, I achieved Dredge's adept yesterday only to discover it's still broken on PS4. No adept Dredge for me.

As far as I know, yes. As per every dev communication they are meant to, and if they don't that's a bug

Which achievement are you asking about?

I used Jolt myself in my build to make progress towards Tools of the Trade. I can confirm they do count as generics, despite still being marked as Demogorgon's.
