Legion still really needs to move at 4.6m and things and people should not have the ability to mend themselves. His ability only works on groups of people, but most people will always be separate because of Discordance, and perks such as NOED or Rancor don't have effect when he is using his feral frenzy. He only really works on The Game where the map is so small people are forced to be together. He can and should be viable with just a few tweaks because I would like to be at a high rank and not stuck to playing the same 2 killers with the same 4 perks.

    I imagine he will be like he spirit and gain a few buffs over time to the point where he is in a good spot. As much as I wish he were stronger now, I can understand from a balancing point of view that they take it slow.
