Can we get confirmation if the "optimisation patch" was included today?

I play in 720p to improve performance on the Xbox One X version.
Todays update to the new unreal engine certainly improved performance a little when playing as the killer but there's still a lot of room for improvement.
It would be nice to know if we have the optomisation patch to look forward to or if this is as good as the frame rate will get.
Question: Is the "optimisation patch" still to come?

When you own a console designed with 4k in mind and you're having to play at 720p.
