Out of curiosity: What RE voicelines are there, and what triggers them?

See title.

I know the voicelines when loading in a lobby/swf, and I think wesker has unique ones for chris (haven't had the pleasure of hearing them yet), but are there more and what triggers them?

    When I was in lobby as Leon then my friend switched to Ada, Leon said "You're stuck with me to the end", then I think sometimes at random he'll say something, don't know the triggers besides the Ada line so far

    Some characters have lines that play when you ready up

    With Chris, I've heard him say lines like "Don't let me down" when readying up.
